A man who allegedly broke into Rihanna’s mansion and spent 12 hours making himself at home has been sentenced to five years probation.

Eduardo Leon avoided jail time by pleading guilty to stalking the singer on Wednesday.

According to The Blast, he was ordered to complete Los Angeles county’s Office of Diversion and Reentry program, designed for offenders “with mental health and/or substance use disorders” and the homeless.

In court, Leon also pleaded guilty to vandalism and resisting arrest. A burglary charge was dismissed.

Leon was arrested in May, 2018 after Rihanna’s assistant found him in the star’s home.
