Chances are, if you go toe-to-toe with an ex-world champ mixed martial artist, you’re not going to win.

UFC Hall of Famer and former welterweight champion Matt Serra reportedly utilized his jiu-jitsu background to subdue what he called an “a–hole drunk” at a Las Vegas, Nev., restaurant on Wednesday.

Serra posted a series of videos on Instagram of the incident which happened at the Grand Cafe at Red Rock Casino, according to TMZ.

In one video, Serra watches a reportedly intoxicated man at the restaurant. He compared the man’s antics to the film Weekend at Bernie’s.

“I’m going to f— you up,” the unnamed man tells Serra.

“Calm down,” Serra repeatedly tells him.

Later, the subdued man appears to talk to restaurant staff as Serra backs away after security guards take over.

The incident took place a day before Serra was scheduled to be inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame alongside Ronda Rousey, Bruce Connal and Art Davie.
