Nicolas Cage is planning to wed for the fourth time after applying for a license in Clark County, Nevada.

The movie star, whose exes have included Lisa-Marie Presley and Patricia Arquette, is hoping to make an honest woman of girlfriend Erika Koike.

The license is valid for a year.

Cage and Koike started dating a year ago, and they were spotted together in Puerto Rico last spring, while he shot a movie.

The makeup artist was also seen out and about with Cage in Beverly Hills last May.

Cage was also married to Alice Kim, the mother of his 13-year-old son Kal-El.
